Program Rules

The purpose of the Nikon Reward Program is to enable Nikon's OSI members to earn promotional prize cards based on the sales of Nikon Single Vision lenses. Should you receive a promotional snap card with a unique code, you may register an account and enter the code. Once the promotional code has been successfully entered, Nikon will deposit the associated value in reward dollars into your account. These Reward Dollars can be redeemed to receive digital gift cards from Best Buy, Amazon and Visa, as per our online catalog! Winning cards/codes can be redeemed immediately or collected to be redeemed at the end of the promotional period.

• Limited time offer. This promotion starts February 9, 2015 until April 30, 2015.
• To be eligible to receive a Snap Card, you have to sell a pair of Nikon single vision lenses.
• Stock and surfaced Nikon single vision lenses are eligible for this promotion. Inventories for stock lenses are not permitted.
• One Snap Card will be remitted per invoice with the purchase of Nikon Single Vision lenses, in your delivery box.
• All orders should be placed in pairs.
• Snap Cards will not be given for redos, no charges and credits.
• The deadline to claim prizes is May 31 2015, one month after the promotion's official closing date.
• This promotion is exclusively open to eye care professionals that are OSI members.
• Snap Cards will not be given out after April 30, 2015.
• Nikon employees and family members are not eligible to participate and win the prizes.
